To purchase prints from Peter McGlone Photography website you are required to create an account. This helps to make the purchase and support services work smoothly, as well as being able to get notified when a new Print is added to the Products list or new photo added to the Galleries.
OUR PHOTO PRINTS
At the moment, the prints are available in two sizes and two aspect ratios.
MEDIUM Landscape: Image size 45cm X 30cm.
Each print has a 1cm white border to allow your framer to present the image correctly. Total paper size 47cm X 32cm.
MEDIUM Portrait: Image size 30cm X 45cm.
Each print has a 1cm white border to allow your framer to present the image correctly. Total paper size 32cm X 42cm.
LARGE Landscape: Image size 60cm X 40cm.
Each print has a 1cm white border to allow your framer to present the image correctly. Total paper size 62cm X 42cm.
LARGE Portrait: Image size 40cm X 60cm.
Each print has a 1cm white border to allow your framer to present the image correctly. Total paper size 62cm X 42cm.
OUR PHOTOLAB
Our prints are produced by a multi-time TIPA global award-winning photolab based in Germany.
All images are printed on FUJI Crystal Archive Matte paper.
Fuji Crystal Archive paper uses optimised Silver Halide Crystals for laser exposure producing excellent prints from the latest generation of laser printers. This paper is considered to be the industry standard for fine art printing, offering vivid colour reproduction ranging from subtle shades of green, to vivid blues and reds.
Premium Fuji Photo Paper: Colorfast For 75 Years
Fuji Crystal DP II is Fujicolour’s leading photo paper for gallery prints. This photo paper has an extremely wide colour gamut, and is non-fade for at least 75 years
PAYMENTS
We use Paypal as our chosen payment gateway for all transactions.
FREE (FedEx) DELIVERY WITH TRACKING: UK and EU. Please allow 10 days for delivery. (If you wish delivery to a country outside of the UK and Europe, please contact us prior to purchasing a print.)
RETURNS POLICY
Any damaged goods due to a manufacturing or courier fault will be replaced free of charge upon investigation. All damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence. Due to the personalised nature of our printed products, a refund cannot be issued due to customer error. We will however always do our best to ensure all customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. If you have any problems with your received goods they MUST too be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We are unable to address problems after this.
If a refund of goods is agreed in some very exceptional circumstances, the original received items must be returned to us in good condition before that refund can be issued. The cost of return is to be met by the customer.
